This is not counter steering actual counter steering is the act of turning left but going right this is normal steering 😅
Lol, my first bike was a 50cc moped. After, I moved up to a Honda CB200 twin. That was my fun bike and got me through college. After, I got a Honda Night Hawk 650cc. That was a jump for me. I drove that one for the longest time. I finally out grew my 650cc and I bought my first Harley FXRT 1340cc. Wow, that was a heavy bike. Finally I got my 2022 Low Rider ST. I got it modified to the Stage 4 131ci. Cam is 585. What a beast.
Very confusing explanation...
Dude try the M1000XR and you will see what perfection is…
I thought my kick stand failed this weekend when my bike ended up leaning all way over in my driveway, turns out I'm a noob and had it in neutral lol
i'm a new rider, finished the MSF course about a week ago, and went to motorcycle shop and got a bike set up for me, i'll be getting it this thursday!!! It's a Yamaha Vstar 650, my bro gave me his older gear when he bought new gear because he wanted better fitting (his gear fits me snugly, so it's not loose. Everynight i sit in my room for 30 minutes or so with my motorcycle helmet :P So excited about just cruising around, i ride my bicycle all the time and obey all the rules of the road and super observent of people in cars, bikes and people walking. But when i get my bike i'll be driving around in an empty parking lot so i can practice learning turns better!
MotoJitsu is the Bob Ross of motorcycling. I’m a new rider with a whopping 10 miles on my bike. This video was very confidence-inspiring and got me pumped to head back out slowly and with intentionality. 🏍️☀️
Another advantage of only 2 (or even 1) fingers on the clutch is the noticeably higher control of the handle bar with the other fingers wrapped around it. Big difference.
Much respect sir. I stubled upon one of your videos and now I am wathing them from begingbeginning
Hahaha 😂
lol!! instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
Some indeed should not ride at all. People that cannot multitask should keep off 2 wheels
i had only my eyes on this bike because it has a 4 cylinder engine. i personaly hate the sound of 2 cylinder bikes. its just to bad as a Europeon i cant ride this cuz its not classed for a A2 riders. so i'm gonna stick with the Ninja 500 SE for now.

If you use your legs like you're supposed to you won't have any "sore wrists" because you're not supposed to put any weight on your arms or hands cause your legs are holding onto the tank

Wow love this & how simple you explain it all 👊🏼but it's just as simple as full gear or go home🤷🏻♀️❤
thanks! instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
Me who’s ridden as a passenger, no, it is not that uncomfortable. I think an hour before needing to stretch as a rider or passenger.

Ya I agree it really helps to slip and recover without freaking your self out
yes! take dirt training!! MotoJitsu.com/courses instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
@@MotoJitsu yeeee I know thank you man. I got a little 50 pit bike and a bigger 125 pit bike with clutch and 4 gears and I live off grid so I’m practicing really fun stuff on the little bikes. Then getting on the ninja 600 is awesome feeling
Yesterday a horse and buggy passing another horse and buggy (Amish in upstate NY) took up our entire lane. Luckily, motorcycles aren't as wide as cars.
sheesh instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
😅😂😂
jhahahahahahah instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
Oh dude thanks for all your vids but this one especially; in a couple of minutes you've helped me understand what I've been doing wrong; pulling in the clutch too far, and not counter balancing enough. I was taming the throttle with the rear brake, tho. OK, thanks again - this is a break thru 4 me. Off to the carpark to practice.
you're welcome! instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
Great video. I’m getting one today
thanks! good bike instagram.com/motojitsuclub/

Moto Control just released a video about late apexing 😂 !
I don't watch his videos instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
@@MotoJitsu A bit of rivalry is good! Hope it brings the best content out of you two ✌️
rivalry? lol I don't watch his or anyone else's videos nor do I care what other people are doing. People sent me a lot of his videos and it seems like he likes to take many of my video ideas and create a video based off it and use it as his own, ...imitation is the best form of flattery right?
White motorcycles are bad luck mang. Love your videos though thank you
nope instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
Thing I spotted during the great review was the screen is too shiny, reflecting a lot of sun, and the rev counter seems to have a slight delay?
not that I noticed instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
More bikes should have cruise control. They already have most the stuff needed - ride by wire throttles, ECUs etc, just need a button and couple of wires. Aprilia even sell it as a £200 option, so it clearly doesn't cost much as they make profit in that. I know lots of the middle aged blokes that need to try and prove their masculinity won't want it but, guess what, you don't have to use it so let the rest of us have a choice.
agree! Cruise control is awesome instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
Thanks!
Welcome! instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
It's not my first bike, it's not my second bike, I don't want a track bike, It may be my last bike. I've ridden since 1973 and bought my 2017 SV650 a month ago (with ABS and old man's anti stall). I'm 66 years old and love this bike. It does everything right. I'm retired and will use this one for long distance touring in the summers. 10 more years doing 5000 - 7000 miles a year should be fine. Then I may sell it and get a couple of cats.

I found these for a really good deal locally, but I'm too short :(

Thanks for the tips. I’m gonna have my driving school next week💪🏼

Safety First. What about the full protection 🤔 😮😊
Cmon man
instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
Thats not for a fast and skilled driver because we change lean inside corners and ofc with counter steering so who knows what counter steering is then knows what im talking about. For me absolutely wrong to hold it like that. How can you push the steering if you really really come in a situation that YOU HAVE to push fast the steering so to change side fast like a ninja?
you know you can pull left to go right...don't need to always push right to go right instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
@@MotoJitsu it's safer to push to change lean and not to pull, when you really wana change fast side then push one side and pull the other side at the same time but opening the throttle like that you sayed sir if it comes a tank slapping time troubles start and may you dont got the time to hold the grip
eventually someone who explains this in simple language that makes perfect sense, thank you..
:) welcome instagram.com/motojitsuclub/

There is absolutely no good reason for lane splitting.
not get rear ended by idiots on their phone instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
@MotoJitsu good excuse, but passing cars by splitting lanes is far more dangerous for the rider and other cars. I've riden for years and never seen the benefit to anyone to weave through traffic like some do.
No it's not.
@MotoJitsu Yes it is. Someone texting on their phone is not watching their mirrors for someone on a motorcycle trying to squeeze by them. They are more likely to push you into other traffic by weaving in their own lane.
I must be lucky, never had that happen in 500,000 miles around San Diego lane splitting everyday. But you go ahead and not split...good luck.
Love it
thanks instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
I got my lisence and bike 2 weeks ago, had it serviced last week so finally able to ride it this weekend. Hit the parking lot to practice slow manouvers aswell as countersteering as somewhat faster paces. Felt like I was really leaning it hard, like "wow I must be close to even get a knee down!". I asked my wife who was on some benches drawing to film my last 'lap' and I leaned as hard as I could. Bro.. you can barely tell the bike was leaning at all x,)) Fuck me how silly it is to be a beginner.
hahahaahah yup!!! instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
It’s amazing what practice can do. I could barely do the figure 8 on a 350cc during my test, now I can do a figure 8 within 2 parking spots on my FTR in both directions after only a few months of riding. I love wearing gear. Protects me from sunburns and bug hits
keep at it! instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
Is it worth risking young inexperienced riders lives to massage your ego?
who's forcing people to watch? instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
@@MotoJitsu That's a cr@ppy attitude.
You wanna go right you turn your head! Hands will follow. Same para el otro lado de la frontera.
no instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
Yes indeed, most agile, comfortable, most powerfull naked with amazing design and extremely lightweight bike is meeeeh. XD WTF Let's face the truth it's freaking expensive and that's the only flaw. Otherwise your review is simply biased. Just to clarify I am not die-hard Ducati fan, rather Yamaha.
instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
Where the bike is throttle by wire you can change the relationship between throttle percent and throttle blade percent to make the initial response softer. For example 10% at the hand is 5% at the blade and it tapers back to 1 for 1 from there.
:) instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
You managed to make the point. What was it? Get lots of practice. Specifically safety practice, like more courses bugging the instructor for how to react during a lot of different circumstances, what to do, and practicing it. How many hours will that take? You're right, safety's more important.
instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
Thing hauls ass no toy.
instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
Eyes on the target, turn/lean your head, use the rear brake. I'm almost 60 & I ride my stepped up street glide like it's my bar hopping 130hp butthole flexer....... when I'm into that ride I use my brakes into every corner.......usually brakes and gas together.... it's simply riding hard. I tell people to ride to their comfort level generally, unless they are aggressive in that scenario ride aggressively and keep your head clear, on point, and going as fast as you are. I hope that helps people. Brakes & gas when attempting to learn this technique or practice and then you may find yourself doing that all the time. I suggest everyone keep that foot in contact with the brake pedal.
instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
My problem is that I am always holding the clutch so its in tension and of course, it's a Harley. I gotta get rid of that bad habit.
